The best place to ask for help is the active mailing list of ZendTo users. You can subscribe here and see the list archives.
Support is also provided by email to Support@Zend.To (sorry if there is a delay in replying).
Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I am not in a position to be able to offer commercial support contracts. However, once you have ZendTo up and running, it very much looks after itself and so you will probably find a support contract totally unnecessary.
However, if I can help you I will, and any and all donations or gifts are always much appreciated (and have been known to get feature requests put to the top of the list).
